Starting in Sicily, we began as a family company in 2015. Our founder, Valenti family, has their own olive gardens and it has been fully equipped with advanced technology. Therefore, we are known to produce high quality extra virgin olive oil in Sicily. 


Our business expand. That fresh, sun kissed-taste olive has been escalated far beyond. We are challenged to improve our products and let people around the world to taste the sensation.

This Sicilian unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is produced in the Sicilian village of Mazara del Vallo. This beautiful village by the sea is best known for its top quality olive oil.


The millennial olive trees only grow in Trapani. This unfiltered olive oil has the characteristics of a spicy olive oil with a very low acidity of between 0.25%. This type of olive is also used by numerous star chefs.

We all know that extra virgin olive oil is healthy. We can certainly recommend this top olive oil because it is simply great. The olives are picked at the beginning of November every year by hand and pressed straight away, which gives more benefits in quality.

From this unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, we expand our products to antipasti, the traditional italian cuisine which consist of vegetables, cheese, meat, olive oil, and it generates the delicious typical italian taste that you surely will love.
